2. Click LAYER —> DUPLICATE LAYER —> Select the BACKGROUND COPY
3. Click the CREATE NEW FILL OR ADJUSTMENT LAYER icon and choose CURVES
3. Let’s adjust BLUE first.
Select it and follow this by dragging the points.

So, here’s how it’s done:
1. Open the picture you want to edit.
2. Click LAYER —> DUPLICATE LAYER—>OK
3. Select the Background copy then click the “Create new fill or adjustment layer” icon. 4. Select HUE AND SATURATION 5. Check COLORIZE then put these values: HUE=35, SATURATION=40 6. Change the mode to Overlay and the Opacity to 70% and you’re done :)
